The purpose is to see hawks flying in the sky. Migratory hawks pass through this pass every autumn on their way to Southeast Asia in search of food. It is an excellent spot to watch them. A man stays here for weeks, bringing his telephoto camera. Female classmates reunite here once a year. Some people see themselves in the hawks as they fly without a flock.
